Things would probably be going so much better for John Kerry if the media didn’t have such a nasty habit of writing down (or in this case, recording) what people say. This week’s blast from the past comes courtesy of the Washington Times, who write that in 1997 Kerry appeared on CNN’s Crossfire to make the case for launching pre-emptive war against Iraq.
